Rehab FAQs

We are an accredited drug and alcohol treatment network dedicated to treating substance use disorder in the safest, most effective way. At Royal Life Centers, we champion a biopsychosocial/spiritual model of treatment, meticulously addressing the intricate connections between an individual’s mind, body, and spirit. This holistic philosophy integrates a broad spectrum of therapeutic modalities—from individual and group therapy to art therapy and beyond. We firmly believe this integrated approach represents the most effective strategy for overcoming substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Guests are required to attend group sessions during residential treatment. Exceptions will only be made if a medical professional determines a guest is medically unfit to participate.

Residential inpatient days include five groups and three meal breaks, plus short smoke/rest breaks. Guests are monitored 24/7 for safety and undergo regular drug testing. Learn more about residential inpatient expectations here.

During PHP, guests attend group six days per week for six hours per day. The day is split into two three-hour blocks— Noon-3:00 pm and 6:00 pm-9:00 pm. Guests must also attend at least one outside 12-step group per day, to which we will provide transportation.

In IOP’s first phase, guests attend group five days a week, three hours daily. Sessions run Noon-3:00 pm and 6:00 pm-9:00 pm; guests choose either. They must also attend one outside 12-step group daily, with transportation provided.

In phase two of IOP, guests attend group sessions three days a week for three hours each. Sessions run from Noon-3:00 pm or 6:00 pm-9:00 pm, and guests can choose either time slot. They must also attend one daily 12-step group, with transportation provided.

Limit personal belongings to essentials like your wallet and phone. Bring 4-6 changes of comfortable, modest clothing (avoid profanity or drug/alcohol references). Small personal items or photos of loved ones are also welcome.
